What to include
Tell us which screen you were using, what you expected, what happened, and whether the problem repeats. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private application details.
Do not email passwords, payment details, government identification, tax identifiers, or other sensitive form values.
Account and privacy choices
Signed-in customers can export their data, change mobile AI permission, and permanently delete their account from Profile or Account and billing. Email support if you cannot reach those controls.
Application boundaries
EverFreely prepares work for your review. It does not submit an organizer form for you. You remain responsible for eligibility, identity details, payments, uploads, consent, signatures, and the final submission.
