The service

EverFreely helps customers discover, research, qualify, prepare, review, fill, track, and learn from professional opportunities. The service may change as customer evidence improves the product.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service only for opportunities you are allowed to pursue. You are responsible for activity under your account.

AI research and drafting

EverFreely sends the approved profile facts, application questions and feedback needed to research and draft your answers to OpenAI. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models unless the API account opts in. EverFreely asks the API not to save responses for later retrieval, but OpenAI may retain limited security or service logs under its policies. Firecrawl reads public pages and searches using public business context.

During account setup, you can enable mobile AI alongside accepting these Terms. Your choice is saved to your account and applies when you sign in on another phone. Accepting the Terms alone does not enable mobile AI. You can also enable or turn it off in the mobile app's Profile. Saved work remains available when it is off; already queued work may finish. You review answers and make the final submission yourself.

Current access and billing

Billing is disabled during current invitation-only access. EverFreely does not ask for a payment method or charge for current access. If paid access is introduced, the price, renewal interval, cancellation terms, and effective date will be shown before a customer agrees or a payment method is collected.

No guarantee and no professional advice

EverFreely does not guarantee eligibility, submission, selection, funding, booking, publicity, income, or any other result. Fit scores measure alignment with the evidence available to the system and are not probabilities of winning. The service is not legal, tax, financial, employment, or grant-compliance advice.

Your approval and submission duties

You must review every source, fact, answer, budget, attachment, representation, deadline, right, and term before use. You decide whether to apply. You handle logins, CAPTCHA, payments, sensitive identity fields, signatures, legal acceptance, travel or calendar commitments, files, and the final Submit action. A filled field is not a submitted application.

Truthful use

Do not use EverFreely to fabricate credentials, traction, customers, results, eligibility, identity, financial information, or evidence. Do not use it to spam, mass-submit, evade application limits, scrape private systems, defeat access controls, solve CAPTCHA, or interfere with another service.

Your content and public research

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give EverFreely the limited permission needed to process, store, and display it to operate the service for you. Public opportunity research remains subject to the original publisher’s rights and terms. You must have permission to upload or reuse third-party material.

Availability and current limits

Current access includes up to 50 newly qualified opportunities and 15 application workspaces each calendar month. Saved work remains available after an allowance is reached. We work to keep the service accurate and available, but public pages change and providers can fail. We may also limit expensive or abusive usage, pause a feature for safety, or suspend an account that violates these terms. When practical, we will explain a material interruption.

Ending the service

You can cancel billing, export your data, or delete the account from Account and billing. Account deletion is permanent. Terms that reasonably need to survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and misuse restrictions, continue after termination.

Changes and questions

Material changes will be dated here and, when appropriate, shown inside the product before they apply. Use in-app Support or the public EverFreely support page for questions, billing issues, legal requests, or a suspected security problem.
