What EverFreely keeps

We keep the account information you provide, including your email address and any name, business financial context, city, state, or country you choose to add. We also keep approved business and voice context, opportunity records, public-source research, application questions and answers, review history, submission evidence, reminders, support messages, usage records, and permission choices needed to operate the service.

The browser helper records form structure and fill results. It is designed not to collect passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, tax identifiers, CAPTCHA answers, or the values already present in sensitive fields.

How the information is used

We use your information to build your approved profile, find and research opportunities, qualify fit and eligibility, prepare answers, run quality checks, support safe browser filling, provide reminders and support, secure the service, and measure the product interactions needed to preserve your work.

EverFreely does not sell your personal information. Customer application content is not used to train a public EverFreely model.

Service providers

EverFreely uses carefully scoped providers to operate the service: Supabase for authentication and the database, Cloudflare for application hosting, OpenAI for research and drafting, Firecrawl for public web search and page reading, and Resend for transactional email when enabled. Billing is off, so Stripe does not receive payment information during current invitation-only access. Each active provider handles information under its own security and privacy terms.

AI requests are limited to the information needed for the task and are configured not to save responses for later retrieval by EverFreely. AI and infrastructure providers may retain limited security or service logs under their published policies.

EverFreely sends the approved profile facts, application questions and feedback needed to research and draft your answers to OpenAI. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models unless the API account opts in. EverFreely asks the API not to save responses for later retrieval, but OpenAI may retain limited security or service logs under its policies. Firecrawl reads public pages and searches using public business context.

Mobile AI permission is collected during account setup or in Profile. We save your choice and its disclosure version to your account, so you do not need to repeat it when signing in on another phone. When accepted during setup, we also record the Terms and Privacy Notice versions. You can withdraw mobile AI permission in Profile. That stops new mobile AI requests; already queued work may finish.

Retention, export, and deletion

Your workspace data remains available until you delete it or your account, subject to backups, security records, legal obligations, and records that a provider may be required to retain. You can download an account export and permanently delete the account from Account and billing. If paid access is introduced later, the Privacy Notice and in-app disclosures must be updated before payment information is collected.

Security and your choices

Customer tables use row-level access controls so one signed-in customer cannot read another customer’s workspace. Server secrets stay outside the browser. No internet service can promise perfect security, so report suspected unauthorized access through the public support page or in-app Support immediately.

You can correct approved facts, remove sources, turn reminders off, export your account, withdraw mobile AI permission, and delete your account. Do not place passwords, payment information, government IDs, tax IDs, or other restricted information in ordinary profile fields or support chat.

Children and changes

EverFreely is for adults using it for professional or business purposes. It is not directed to children. Material changes to this notice will be dated here and, when appropriate, shown inside the product.
